Hey guys as many of you know VESI (Virtual Education Software) offers classes than can be transcripted by the colleges of your choice however depending of the school you choose, the cost is different. The cheapest college to trascript the classes is Morningside College. The total cost for a class is $190 for 2 credit class and $230 for a 3 credit class, however since my intention is getting the credit for a 2nd Bachelors in Psychology from Excelsior, they most likely wont take them since Morningside transcripts them as SPED (Special Education). Anybody knows of any college that transcripts VESI classes as Psychology? Thank you very much!
I don't know if my input is helpful or not, but here it goes.... I have completed three of these courses. I had my credit transcripted at Portland State University. That was convenient as I had previously been a student of their "volunteer leadership and supervision" program. My three classes were graduate level counseling. I could apply these credits towards my human services degree program, where I could not use the special education credits. From my research, you will get credit in Special Ed, Counseling, or Sociology. Maybe the sociology could work for you.
