    It is still used to control, but a different form of control. The control that I was alluding to was the stripping certain people identities and turning them into docile bodies “ from savages”. The present day control as I see it, is to get as much money out of the poor souls, by keeping congregations large enough by scaring them about hell. But it is still about the money.
