    No, you can't jump to that conclusion, tempting as it might be.

    You can't evaluate what, if any, effect the statements on this forum should have had without knowing also what Fairfax said to Migara.

    Gents and ladies,

    i dont want to sue fairfax for money, i want sue them for failure to adhere to the rule of law and for misleading its students, for financial deception and mismanagement....

    i dont want a single cents from them, i just want justice......

    i hope that make sense!!!

    That makes it much harder.

    There are certain times when our Courts will allow such a suit "on principal" but you generally must show that YOU were yourself damaged and that YOU yourself are seeking redress. And the redress will usually be limited to the loss YOU suffered (or may suffer in the future). There is such a thing as punitive damages, to be sure, but the analysis of when punitives are appropriate is way beyond what I think would be appropriate for a post here.

    Pursuing suits in the Name of the People, so to speak, is a function usually restricted to governments.

    You would still be ill-advised to attempt to pursue this yourself. Remember that, not only will an incorrect decision regarding forum or jurisdiction result in dismissal, but YOU could easily be required to pay Fairfax' costs and fees!
