University of Louisville's MSSW

I am active duty military and I will be applying to the University of Louisville's online MSSW program.

I was wondering if anyone has any reviews or feedback they'd like to share. I am nervous about balancing the practicum with work, but I am sure it can be done.

I would love to hear about your journey in this program. I am also active duty and am soon to finish a master's in psychology. Though my ideal program would be a Ph.D./Psy.D. in psychology, I have considered social work as well. I always wondered how people could balance practicum with a full time job.

 

Hi, I just wanted to follow up on this thread in case anyone comes across it in the future. So, trying to work a practicum while on active duty was near impossible. I decided to put my MSW on hold until after the military and I am currently working towards my MPA with Arkansas State University.
