UMUC (Asia/Europe) has cheaper tuition rates?

    was looking through and found this -

    And their main site

    so if you lived in EU and signed up with UMUC europe - you get cheaper rates for online tuition?

    Never assume. Schools typically have a separate military rate that is not determined by location. The Europe and Asia rates are for students living on those continents.

    I'd call this more evidence that Bill Bennett was right, because it reflects that U.S.-based students have access to Title IV loans and those in other countries do not.

    Just another example showing why I have no problem with people seeking degrees outside the United States where tuition can be lower. In many cases, much, much lower.
