Out of desperation, Trump has said that he is pro-choice and has proposed a socialist policy. Trump stated that he is against the 6-week abortion ban in Florida and that women should be allowed more weeks to have an abortion. He also proposed at a rally that the government will pay for IVF treatments, or insurance will be mandated to fully cover costs.

I would consider this wonderful news. Except, I believe he is just lying.

I don't think he was ever a social conservative. He just found that voting bloc easiest to manipulate. I'm not sure that he believes in anything, really. His stances are based on what can win or the last person he's talked to. He flip flopped on gun control and changed his position whenever he talked to someone new. RFK Jr. believes a woman should have a right to an abortion up to full term.

If his mouth was moving, then he was lying.

He flip flopped again after backlash from his conservative supporters. He says he's voting "no" on Amendment 4. Whether he's telling the truth...I don't know. He shouldn't even be allowed to vote.

It's interesting to watch. Trump has to pivot to the center and he knows it. Against Biden he could just sit back down allow the inevitable to happen. Not so with Harris.

Trump might figure that no matter what he says about abortion or IVF, he won’t lose many on the Religious Right because either they will think he's just saying what he has to say to win then once in office he'll do their bidding or that however bad he might be, he's still better than Harris.

If Trump is thinking this way, he's probably right.

Given that Trump is the guy who referred to "Two Corinthians", I would actually believe this.

Right wing critics want to point to Harris having moved to the center on many issues. Trump does that on a daily basis, changing his mind with almost every single conversation.

That is actually a way of referring to the book in the UK.

    Trump is from the UK?

Check on Wikipedia but I don't think so. Regardless of that I even hear US clergy say it in the radio. So, it really was just something petty for people to go after him for.

His mom was from Scotland, UK. I don't know whether he took advantage of her citizenship to gain his own UK status.

True. Trump's mother grew up in Scotland. She was raised in a Gaelic-speaking household on an island in Scotland.
