I wonder, why they took so long?

I suspect it has to do with the fact that Troy has a long history of supporting programs for military and adult learners and the MBA was not the degree of choice. Note that for this program they do not allow the military PME. The MSM does. Troy-Dothan has had an online MBA program for a number of years.

Both the civilian government and DOD are now emphasizing business processes so I would suspect that universities traditionally supporting these areas will offer more degrees of this type. For example, take a look at Florida Tech, their programs, and the campus locations.

So does Upper Iowa University, and they came up with the MBA Program two years ago. Yours truly to be one of the graduate of such program. When I was in the Military, at the time both Troy and Upper Iowa had and office across each other in the base, UIU did not have a Master program.

Therefore, I jump to Troy State MS in management. I did not like the program for some reason. Nevertheless, when ahead and enrolled since it was cover by the Army (DOD) on the form TA. I remember one of my classes the facilitator was a Hindu instructor.

The person was a genius but I could not understand a word of everything he was saying, so I drop the course. I guess no many instructors in the area, and these colleges are hungry for government funds, eventually hires anyone. Definitely, I have to pay back the Army.

How do u know the facilitator was "HINDU" ? Most of the people in South east asia and some parts of middle east look alike and there are "numerous" religions.
There is no way to recognise a guy by his religion unless he tells by himself.
I wonder if you dont understand a word he speaks... how come 100's of companies outsource callcenters to India and no body talks about that?? All the callcenter agents speak the same "hinglish" !!

I know because he said so and, by the way, he said: " I am from India!"

The same hinglish was not so ten years ago! That is call evolution or something like that, I am not a science person. Outsource is done in other places like Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Panama just to name a few places.

" I am from India!" does not really mean he's a HINDU. Hindus make around 80% of the total population but the person you are referring may as well from the other 20%.
