He mangled the quote by inserting a colon and bullet points. Just click at his "commentary" link for the correct quote. Wow. I'm speechless. Funny thing is, this technique is not new to me. Russian TV used grammar to mangle Ukrainian President quote back in 2005. At least that attempt involved a "mistranslation"; a new low was mined here.
