    Hi Dave,

I believe past is past and all new developments are a indicator of the future direction.

In the recent past, Fairfax Uni has gone through many changes for the good. Again even in the its very past, the Fairfax had a Great beginning with many of the well respect people had on board.

I think ODA needs to take a good look at its self before shouting out.

I agree with you that Fairfax had a great beginning and then went no where. That to me, says it all. IF Fairfax makes significant changes (i.e. gaining accreditation), that would be great. I certainly don't see Fairfax currently making the changes you talk about. I see them TALKING about insignificant changes. As to the ODA, I believe they are doing exactly what they should be. It is nice to see government doing what it should.

Migara, the onus is on Fairfax to prove themselves. The onus cannot be placed on others to prove that Fairfax is a fraud. If Fairfax doesn't like being labelled a fraud by the ODA and they're not then they should either become accredited or pay the $250 to the ODA and prove themselves to not be a degree mill. For example, CCU was labeled illegal in Oregon (although not a degree mill). They decided to become accredited. If Fairfax University does nothing then I can only conclude that they're a diploma mill just like the ODA says.
