If this goes on much longer, I'll start saying the confession (found in the little green book whith which I'm sure some of you in the ELCA are familiar) and then I'm going to start singing "Oh Christmas Tree" in German, like I was taught in Sunday school.

In German, mind you, at the top of my lungs and off key.
