I noticed a few days/weeks ago that both OnlineAdjunctJobs.blogspot.com and the Chronicle listed the Saylor Foundation as seeking experienced online adjuncts. Yet, there's very little information available on the website and a google search doesn't provide much more insight either. I applied but have yet to hear any response. Has anyone had any interaction with them to know anything about course structure or pay? Thanks.
A education company which is being funded by a grant and will offer non credit certificates in different areas such as business, math etc. It sounds like a great idea for individuals who will never attend college but desire some skills to add to the job application.
I responded to an ad for adjunct faculty and have not received a reply. Did the reply that you received discuss information related to course content, structure and pay?
The response discussed a position related to development of course content. I was to send information on courses I had taught previously. No pay range was provided. I do not think I am that far along in the interview process.
