Does anyone know if TESC would consider a BA in Music Business or Recording? There's a program I'm interested at a local college and I wouldn't mind doing a second Bachelor's thorough TESC. With a first Bachelor's already in hand (once it is), there's a good chance you could complete the degree through your local college with little or no more work than the courses you'd take for the major anyway - so you might want to talk to them first?

I do not see a TESC BA in music business and recording but perhaps that is a LDAS degree option: Thomas Edison State College | Learner Designed Area of Study (LDAS) Here is the credit distribution for the TESC BA in Music Thomas Edison State College | BA in Music Credit Distribution TESC requires you complete 30 additional semester units for a second bachelors degree (plus you have to meet all degree requirements)
