Need input from all the experts.

Most of our job descriptions have 2 educational components:

#1 - An accredited degree. - Nice and clear, easy to verify thru the student clearinghouse in most cases.

#2 - Graduate of an accredited PROGRAM, such as "Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program" or "Graduate of an accredited Radiology program". These can be at a hospital, clinic, etc.

For the job descriptions, we want to separate the Education (resulting in a degree) from the "graduate of an accredited radiology program"

Question #1 - Since use of the term accredited is confusing in the program context, what do you recommend for an alternative? "Approved", "Accepted", Change the heading to "training requirements"?

Question #2 - There are about 80 - 100 of these "accredited programs" our employees may have, so of them are very obscure. Is there a systematic way to verify them, similiar to the student clearinghouse, or is it inevitable that it will be a case by case verification?
