Hi all, I have just enrolled in the Taft (WHTU) online MBA program. I will be taking 3 courses/ modules each trimester. At the end of each trimester, there will be an exam that I will need to pass, to be allowed to move on to the next trimester. So there will be 3 exams total, one at the end of each trimester. It appears that the exam would be related to any 1 of the 3 courses that I would have taken in that semester (I will not know which course till the last moment). Other information that I have gathered regarding this exam: online, multiple-choice, open-book, 70% pass mark, evaluated as pass/ fail only (i.e., not graded.. my grades will depend solely on the coursework/ assignments completed for each course). My questions: Does anyone have any experience with these trimester exams? Are they difficult to pass? Does the student get to know the result right after completing the online exam? I was informed that there will be no preparatory/ practice exams or past question papers provided. It seems a bit surprising that my entire semester's hard work will hinge on this one pass/ fail exam, which will not even be graded! Any insights will be greatly appreciated.
