I was wondering if anyone could help me find this program (if it exists). I would like to find an EdS from a quality name school (I was thinking UF or USF or other good state school name). It must be completely asynchronous, no proctored tests would be a plus, and no thesis. The cost is a flexible factor. Any suggestions?
I have found Nova, St Leo's, and Liberty. Any suggestions or feed back on them? In the education world, are any of these much better then another? they are all about $14K and range from 30-39 credits.
Oakland university is accepting application for their EdS program. Walden University also offers an Eds program and tuition for their Educational technology specialization is cheaper than other specializations/doctoral tuition. University of Missouri also offers a very good program and their tuition is very affordable.
It's not the EdS program specifically, but I've been satisfied with the name recognition/positive perception of Nova's EdD program that I've received thus far from potential employers here in Florida, and out of state as well. UF EdS in Instructional Technology- seems to meet your requirements, but I'm not certain how they work the final semester of the degree. Degrees UF- EdS in C&I- appears to require 2 weekends in Gainesville. Educational Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction - Teacher Leadership for School Improvement USF- EdS in C&I with specialization in Instructional Technology Appears to be able to be done 100% online. No thesis, but a comprehensive exam and a project. Instructional Technology Program: Programs and Curricula - Education Specialist
