I'm not going to pretend I know a lot about the quality of programs at Berne/Bernelli, but I suppose the widespread disdain for them I've seen on this list has not impressed me, and if they're that bad then good for St. Kitts/Nevis for discontinuing them.

The only non-medical institution I see left on the list there is the International University of Graduate Studies. I don't think they've been reviewed well here either. They're next?

I find it hard to believe the International University of Nursing St. Kitts St is on the Oregon list solely because "St. Kitts authorization does not meet legal standards of the State of Oregon. " Does the ODA review the program and faculty and the fact that this program awards degrees from both IUN and an accredited nursing program in the USA? The faculty is impressive as is it's affiliate status with ADN programs in the USA.
Also it appears the Nursing programs (BSN,MSN) and Ph.D program in Health Sciences program at the Medical University of the Americas (MUA) are discontinued and the websites are gone. They never could get off the ODA list dspite legal contact. It is now soley a Medical school requiring residence. I would hope the ODA would now take it off their list -affording it the same status as other carribean medical schools.
