No one seemed to care about my OpenOffice question, but for what it's worth there's a team that plans to add built in bibliographic functionality into OpenOffice 3.0. No clue when that might come out, though.

Re: What is your referral number?

Hello my friend. :) I don't have a referral number and I don't get any bennies if you use me as a referral. The important thing is that you will love the APA software, once you download it and figure out how to use it. I have it downloaded into my home computer, as well as on my work computer -- and I frankly can't imagine doing a research paper without it. What used to take me hours now takes seconds because the software properly does all the formatting. Love it!!! And good luck!!!!

Once you figure out how to use it, you will wonder how you came so far without it!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll second that...I've been using APA PERRLA now for about 2 months in my PhD program and love it...it makes the formatting and setup of the paper so easy. Very well worth the money.

Re: Re: Re: What is your referral number?

Before getting the APA software, I dreaded putting the references together because it seemed like every instructor wanted it differently, which just added to the confusion, but with the software, all confusion is totaly eliminated and it's such a snap. It's a miracle!!!

As odd as this may sound, it is not uncommon for me to have three pages of references for a simple paper. I usually only have about 10 to 30 references, which may not seem like a lot, until you start putting them together. The software solved that problem, at least for me. I've been using it for quite some time now and I still rave over it. LOL

I have Stylease and really had some problems loading and getting it to work, although it was highly recommended. Another coworker has recommended PERRLA. Any other feedback to compare the two products. I am thinking of investing in PERRLA. tHANKS!

I've heard some really good feedback on Endnote X5 and I am thinking about picking it up. Before I spend $100, does anyone have experience with this software, and is it really worth it? Thanks, in advance, for your opinions.
