John Oliver had a segment on charter schools where he noted that in some cases, online schools lead to students being absent with no oversight Part of me wonders how participation will be ensured. On the other hand, it looks like schools are already moving some part of the year online (this was Not a thing when I was in high school) so maybe they've already solved the dilemma.
