Johann may have been spared a multiple page thread about lato sensu programs at the time, but... I just found an English language one of these in the wild! Hayek Global College offers one program: an English language MBA for about six grand that's a lato sensu program through UNICEPLAC, an accredited private university in Brazil.

So that begets the question whether there are others of these out there that may be of interest to degree forum nerds! It's a whole new thing to look for and argue about! 55 pages, let's goooooo!

I'm pretty sure they mean Nobel prize winning economist Friedrich Hayek, but a reference to the lovely and talented Salma Hayek is always in order.

Thanks Steve. That's who I meant, but I got his initials wrong - He's Friedrich August Hayek. And yes - I checked. He and Salma are completely unrelated. As to your remarks re: Salma - a resounding "yes indeed," to both. I'll remember her always for her portrayal of Frida Kahlo.

Her advocacy and charitable work is also admirable. Being a "complete person" seems very difficult in the entertainment world. Salma has done the whole thing incredibly well. So has my other Latina fave - Eva Longoria Bastón.
Interesting fact: Salma states she was once a so-called "illegal immigrant" in the US. Only for a short period. Hey, Donald Trump - read my lips. There is no such thing as an illegal person.
