    Hey, they don't like ones who do their own research, i.e the thinking people.
    They rather you watched CNN ;-).

    It would seem that what the CNN article was referring to was this statement.

    "no reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact"

    It is located on the boundary crossing between pages 27 and 28 in the "Memo in support"

    Just to be clear, based on documents linked by Spoony, the author of the CNN article seemed to misunderstand the meaning of the legal arguments. The argument being held up against a "reasonable person" standard for understanding whether a statement was fact versus opinion.

    Regarding the statements about doing one's own research, accolades to Spoony but it really should be the job of the editor to do this checking of articles. The CNN editor seemed to have failed in this case. That is why printed articles are in general much more trustworthy than the talking heads on prime time news shows like on Fox News, CNN and MSNBC. It is why a majority of Republicans believe that the election was stolen from Trump. They are apparently getting their news from social media and Fox News.
