Seeking advice: Need a degree for career progression, thinking MBA, do not have a BA

    Many of us have tested out of some of the classes, which helps things go faster. Being in the Middle East, your options would likely be more limited but still possible. For instance, here's a page where you can search for international sites to take CLEP tests:

    At least for U.S. degrees, CLEP is probably the most widely accepted, and it covers a number of areas. To get an idea about different tests and what they can be worth, see the test section of this:

    Also, I think the "big three" of U.S. distance learning schools are:
    * Charter Oak State College
    * Thomas Edison State College
    * Excelsior College

    All three allow a good amount of testing out and have little or no residency requirement. That is, for none of them do you need to be physically there, but they might require you to take a few courses through them.
