The lawyer for the school, Mr. Garre, fumbles around a lot. I wonder if the school sent him there as a patsy? When the questions move onto General Verrilli (Obama Administration's Solicitor General) they actually get him twisted a bit too. It will be an interesting case to watch, so far it's been very entertaining.
