While I think the quote is cool ("You can be rich, you can be poor….. you'll both die and be forgotten."). I do not agree. Read this -

Alfred Bernhard Nobel ( pronunciation (help·info)) (21 October 1833 – 10 December 1896) was a Swedish chemist, engineer, innovator, and armaments manufacturer. He is the inventor of dynamite. Nobel also owned Bofors, which he had redirected from its previous role as primarily an iron and steel producer to a major manufacturer of cannon and other armaments. Nobel held 355 different patents, dynamite being the most famous. In his last will, he used his enormous fortune to institute the Nobel Prizes. The synthetic element nobelium was named after him. His name also survives in modern-day companies such as Dynamit Nobel AG and Akzo Nobel, which are descendents of the companies Nobel himself established.

Now if only we could get more of those millionaire/billionaire CEOs to do the same.

I wrote that quote btw and take grave amounts of offense to anyone tries to prove me wrong! I wrote it to ease my pain at giving up on living the "American Dream" aka being "rich." A few weeks ago I was sitting there thinking how much better my life would be if I spent more time in the here and now and spent less time hoping to make it big. I'm ok with a nice home now, I'm ok with my older suv, and I’m ok with myself.
