That's hilarious. But Russian official speakers are known clowns. Maria Zakharova, Dmitry Peskov (complete with fabulous mustache), Dmitry, Ragozin, "parliament" members like Nabibulina, and of course, the patriarch of the genre, State Duma Deputy Chairman Vladimir Zhirinovski. Great, great fun, if you forgot how much thieving and murders they enable and participate in.
