I am leaning toward UNIZUL's D.Phil. in Biblical Studies with a specialization in Practical Theology or Missiology. I've looked at their web site and am amazed at the cost and the amount of time needed to complete the program. However, I'm curious about the exam (oral or written) that's required before admission. How is it administered and what does it entail? Also, what style guide does the school follow for the doctoral proposal and dissertation? Thanks. Roscoe
========================================= Roscoe I 'm not sure you could do a doc in Biblical Studies in Practical Theology, two different departments I think. My doc will take three years after my four year ThM!! Not too short of a time! I had no exam for admittance. Admittance based on accredited ThM for Thd and accredited MA for DPhil. The school has a short form to complete for *thesis* proposal (in SA a dissertation is the shorter ) Talk to Prof Song ===========================================
