Which do you want - graduate or undergraduate? There are many of each, but people will be able to help you better if you provide more information regarding your academic needs and background. If you are interested in graduate work (and have the background), then what specialization are you interested in? One undergrad program that comes immediately to mind is the BS in Psychology from TSU.
When I did my B.A. in Liberal Arts through Regents (now Excelsior) College in 1996, I was able to do a 30-hour "concentration" (roughly equivalent to a major) in psychology. Charter Oak State College and Thomas Edison State College offer similar arrangements, and all three are regionally accredited. This may prove to be the cheapest and most flexible option, even if it doesn't yield a formal major in psychology. Good luck. Cheers,
