There is a bit of wiggle room in what courses I can choose to complete this major, so I need a bit of info from those who are in the know. There were several subjects from Psych 101 that I want to study more in-depth, but I'm not sure which courses cover these subjects. Here is the list: Attribution Classical Conditioning Operant Conditioning Stress (and the psycho/phisiological ways we deal with it) Cognitive Biases Memory Thanks for your help!
Attribution & Cognitive Biases - Social Psychology Or Cognitive Psychology. You'll likely get more coverage in a course on Cognitive Psychology. In my class so far, Social psychology talks about both (couple pages or so devoted to each) but we haven't really gone into explicit detail on them. Then again, I'm only 1/2 way through. Classical Conditioning, Operant Conditioning, & Memory - Psychology of Learning Stress (and the psycho/phisiological ways we deal with it) - physiological psychology, health psychology, lifespan development psychology, and it can show up in abnormal psychology & social psychology (Think of it more as having a cameo role in these two, than a guest star role).
