    Hello all,

I took some CC classes way back in 05, and I really screwed up. I had a GPA of 2.46 for 28 credits attempted. I was really not cut out for studying, so I went to work. Last year, I thought about going back to school again, so I signed up with ASU Online. So far, I've attempted 24 credits and I've got a 4.0 GPA. I'm thinking about transferring into a B&M school (I never really had the chance to be a full-time student, I thought maybe I should give it a go). I've so far short listed, Boston U, Penn LPS, Uni of Cali at SD, HES.

How do Universities calculate GPA for transfer credits from 2 or more different schools?
Will they take my most recent school as the GPA indicator for admissions, or will they take everything I have done. If they include whatever I have done before at my CC, I might have to go back to my CC to re-take classes that I failed or take a few more classes from ASU Online to pull my GPA up (I don't even know what would my actual GPA be if it's from both my CC and ASU).

Also, from reading HES's website about admission, I could not find anything that indicates if they will consider previous college work for admission. Does that mean I do not need to worry about entering HES if I already done their pre-admission classes? (I've completed 4 of their classes and got an A for all of them)

I'm thinking about entering HES as a back up if other Uni's won't accept me cause of my grades. Really regret screwing up back in CC :grumpy:
