    Actually, Columbia does have one, but only sort of. It requires three weeks in the summer, and monthly weekends in New York City, and if you miss any of them for any reason, you're out -- auf Wiedersehen! And it's like seventy grand. But if we're including mid-level residency blended programs like GW's, we may as well include this for completeness.

    Also, while all are top tier, Columbia (2) and Harvard (3) outrank Penn (13) in the U.S. News list of schools of education this year. (For what that's worth.)

    Overall yes, but in the discipline/specialty of Higher Education Administration Penn is the only one of the three ranked in the top-10.

    Also, the program you referenced at Teacher's College, Columbia University is in Adult Education, not Higher Education Administration. They are very different disciplines.
