online nutrition degrees, are they real?

i am thinking of following health and nutrition as a career by becoming a dietitian. the only possible and affordable way i found was through http://www.onlinenutritiondegree.org/

i was hoping if u guys could guide me in all this

You can look for programs that have a distance learning component.
