All Things Considered spoke to KWU owner Paul Saltmann, to Alan Contreras in Oregon, and to me (and perhaps others). Segment slated to run near the end of the second hour this Wednesday evening. I gather Saltmann was, well, feisty -- and they apparently didn't even ask him for the source of his own doctorate.
I was at work when I heard the lead in and so held off going to the bathroom. Good piece. The guy from Kennedy Western did not come across as very swift intellectually. Bear....sounded great as did Alan. North
Very Good Piece! Mr Contreras sounded like he has been reading the Bear's Guides when he made the comment, "Why don't we all just go out and buy PhD's so we can go around calling everbody Doctor!" He was very informed and vigilant in posture on KWU...I applaud that!
