Hello. I have done a great deal of research on this program and believe that it fits my needs and although expensive seems to be my best option for obtaining a Doctoral degree at this point. However, I have not been able to contact any graduates from the program or any current students to ask the following questions. If any one can help answer these, it would be greatly appreciated? 1. Overall Impression of the program from a student's point of view? 2. What was the workload committment? (The advisor told me approximately 2hrs per week per credit. Is this accurate) 3. Do students often struggle with the dissertation and never complete the program or is their a pretty good track record of completion? Any statistics on this? 4. Any other information that may be useful as I am planning on beginning this program in the Summer. Thank you in advance for your responses.

Okim, Have you looked into NCU's Organizational Leadership doctoral program? It appears to be a very solid program and does not require any residency periods.
