Roosevelt Skerrit has been chosen prime minister following the untimely death of Pierre Charles. PM Skerrit, according to the media, was educated at the University of Mississippi and New Mexico State University, taught high school, and lectured at Dominica Community College. Perhaps Skerrit's recent experience as education minister, overseeing Dominica's legitimate educational system, offers a ray of hope that the dozen or more phony universities falsely claiming to be located there will be forced to find mailbox campuses elsewhere.
