Interview with Dave Schippers, Chief Academic Officer:

Interview Dr. Dave Schippers Chief Academic Officer Dr. Suzy Siegle President Walsh:

I was particularly drawn to this program because, given the dedication required for a PhD, I won't have much time to study additional subjects during this period. The inclusion of leadership courses is a perfect fit for my current job, aligning well with my professional goals. As Dr. Dave Schippers mentioned, "There are leadership portions, but the major specific courses are designed to be highly technical in nature. Walsh College is an institution with a strong legacy of practical application, including in our research approach. We also have a rich history in technical degrees. Our Tech PhD is expected to be technical within the selected major, but we include leadership elements, with many applicants looking to promote and grow their career." This combination of technical depth and leadership training makes the program an ideal match for my needs.

Quite expensive for no name school. It is better with PenState's Doctor of Engineering program. $62,280.00 for the program tuition plus fees plus inflation become really expensive.

Agreed. The more the merrier, of course, but I wonder whether the people at Walsh are pricing themselves out of being competitive.
