I would be really grateful if you could put your insight into my situation.

Background : Well, i am an Electrical Engineering graduate and working in the field of Project Management. I never intended to come into this sort of profession, but anyhow things didn't went my way. I am a great supporter of DL, and have always desired to go for a DL degree. Recently, i applied to some UK universities and found the following options:

1- University of Derby - MSc Environmental Management due to its low price.
2- University of Wales- RDI partner - MBA (Project Management)
3- London South Bank - MSc Education for Sustainability
4- University of Hertfordshire - BSc Computing (Top Up)

I opted these choices due to its affordability. All of these degree can be done ranging from 4000 to 5000 UK pounds, and i have firm funding for 2000 UK pounds. Being a student from a third world country, this amount really means alot to me. But now i am myself confused, what to opt and which way to go.

I am striving my grounds hard to get back into the Engineering profession, but considering that i cant find any UK university offering Electrical / Computer engineering through DL, i am confused which way to opt and now seeking your advice.
