Enjoy your accomplishment, and work hard on getting out of debt! I recently decided I was tired of owing money and buckled down to get myself completely debt-free, except for the mortgage. You'll be amazed how much less stress there is in your life once you stop borrowing money, and you'll also kick yourself once you realize how easy it is to live on a budget and still maintain a decent lifestyle. Best of luck to you, both academically and financially!

Allow me to add my congratulations to the others. Good idea, too, to go after the real estate license. Good luck with everything.

 

Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement, it was the advise I received right here on this board that allowed my to get this LONG awaited degree out of the way. The advise, encouragement, and even hearing the occasional gripe (that I could relate too of course) gave me the fuel I needed to press on.

Thanks again guys/gals, I will continue my studies after I replenish the coffers and take care of the debt that has been annoying me for some time now. (I hate being in debt without an O.S. account) I'm currently eye balling a few MBA programs and maybe even going to law school. Time will tell, and I'm sure whenever I make the decision you folks will be the first to know.
