    Abner, for some reason I have always thought of you as someone capable of smashing bricks with your hands and head, so think of the capstone as just another type of brick.

    I'm interested in the process here, raristud.

    Do you get up each morning wondering if someone may have broken the world's concrete block smashing record during the night, and search the Internet to find out?

    I was curious about humanity's potential to exceed the limits of common physical and mental capabilities. So I researched the guiness book of world records and other websites on the internet. I thought abner would be interested since he studied the martial arts. I was a student of karate myself and I find concrete block and wood smashing to be an interesting endeavor. :)
