The question is if this is exception or the rule.
What are the % of successful credit transfer vs repeating and retaking classes?
Among people I know, including our daughter
the comunity college credit was successfully transfered to 4 year bachelor's degree programs at state and other universities.

 

I wonder, too, because traditionally, I've known of CC credits to transfer almost seamlessly to 4-year colleges. Furthermore, I think every community College has 2+2 articulation agreements with several schools.
