    Hey Rich,

Rent this video. It has great footage of Benny the Jet. It also has an interview with a man who has the internal strength of Bruce Lee - Grandmaster Al Garza. G.M. Garza's specialty is pressure points striking while in movement. He also specializes in grappling, strangulations, smothering, bone breaking, muscle tearing, etc. Much different than the George Dillman types. Dillman demonstrates with a still target. Applying these strikes while moving is a whole different ball game.

I disagree a bit with my friend Cory's definition of fighter vs. artists. I have been to Benny's place in L.A., and he calls himself a martial artist. Yes, he is a figher, but the discipline the arts taught him make him "whole". Meditation, breathing techinques, internal art strengthening techniques make the artist ready for battle.

I gotta run and go make a living. See ya man!

    Bruce Lee was a fighter:

Bruce Lee - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I asked Bob Wall if things like this really took place:

"Bob Wall, USPK karate champion and Lee's co-star in Enter the Dragon, recalled one encounter that transpired after a film extra kept taunting Lee. The extra yelled that Lee was "a movie star, not a martial artist," that he "wasn't much of a fighter". Lee answered his taunts by asking him to jump down from the wall he was sitting on. Wall described Lee's opponent as "a gang-banger type of guy from Hong Kong," a "damned good martial artist," and observed that he was fast, strong, and bigger than Bruce.[51]

This kid was good. He was strong and fast, and he was really trying to punch Bruce's brains in. But Bruce just methodically took him apart.[52] Bruce kept moving so well, this kid couldn't touch him...then all of a sudden, Bruce got him and rammed his ass with the wall and swept him up, proceeding to drop him and plant his knee into his opponent's chest, locked his arm out straight, and nailed him in the face repeatedly". – Bob Wall[53]"

Bob's answer was "fuck yeah". He took on any and all challengers. See link for more details.

I really have to run this time.

    See ya,

    Abner
