Middle states accredited Washington Online Learning Institute's Certificate program

Can this be challenged at the TESC for Prior Learning Assessment?

I have worked in the line of Medical Billing and Coding for 7 years between 2001 to 2008 and thought i could use these credits or even the certificate. But i do not wish to spend $5700 on this and so i was wondering if I would be able to get a similar certificate from TESC if i were to challenge that cert course? I hope that way it would work out way way cheaper.
