If you complete a Bachelor's, and the Master's program you go on to has some of the same requirements, will replacement courses be typically be recommended?

Some MBA programs will waive core courses for business undergrads. Others require you to take the entire program regardless of your undergraduate major. Two notable programs that will allow you to "skip a year" with a business undergrad include Notre Dame (full-time on-campus only) and the University of Florida (four one-year programs including a 16-month internet-delivered EMBA and a part-time MSBA program with an entreprenuership focus). I have a business undergrad and went to an MBA program that did not waive core courses, and I found that I enjoyed the extra depth that studying the same courses at the graduate level afforded me. Good luck in selecting a program!
