I am looking for a Masters degree in planning or public policy that offers a specialization in transportation or land use.

    Here's what I'm looking for:

    1) Can be earned by DL. I would be willing to attend a satellite campus if it is in Southern California

    2) They university should regularly offer the courses needed so it will be possible to complete the program within two years

    3) I'm looking at a PhD program later on so I would like for the master program to be RA if possible

I have found two programs that aren't exactly what I'm looking for but seem to be somewhat related:

    1) MSc in Local Economic Development from Sheffield Hallam University

    and

    2) MA in Transportation Management from APUS (I know it's not fully RA yet, but I'm going on the assumption that it will be)

Are there any other programs out there that are closer to what I'm looking for?

    Thank you for your help
