Looking for some options to get a degree in this subject. my criteria are: 1 must be a recognized degree in asia/ accredited degree for asia 2 price as low as possible, have not really set a budget, but max is around 8000 usd 3 online only, no travelling or visit to a campus 4 time frame is from 12 to 24 months. thanks in advance

This might not be what you are looking for, but there are also several online Master's in Bilingual Education programs I've seen around.
