MA or PhD in Sociology

I'm looking for a reasonably priced online master's or doctoral program in sociology or social science education; I'd also like a program that would allow me to begin coursework sooner than later. Any ideas?

The University of Utah offers a PhD in Social Work through their Technology-Enhanced Doctoral Program.
