I would like to request help in locating a M.Ed. program. Requirements are:
    - RA (must be US based)
    - Generous transfer credit acceptance (12-20 hours)
    - Accelerated pace (8 week terms ideally)
    - 100% online (short on campus residencies under 2 weeks ok)
    - Not for profit (no UoP, etc) but private is fine
    - Cost of degree is wide open

If anyone can point me toward some options that fit these parameters I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!

You didn't specify the area/s of concentration you're interested in; but here's a few online M.Ed. programs (didn't drill down re transfer of credit policy) with 8-week terms that may be of interest:

    University of New Hampshire:
The academic year consists of five 8-week terms: two terms in the fall, two in the spring, and one in the summer. You may proceed through the program at your own pace and can finish in as few as 14 months.

    Park University:
Online classes are scheduled in accelerated, eight-week terms that start five times each year: January, March, June, August and October.
    Academic Programs - Park University

    Cumberland University: MA Education
Online MAE is delivered in 8-week terms and can be completed in less than two years if taken full time. Coursework in the MAE program is delivered entirely on-line.
    Cumberland University | Graduate Programs

    Southeastern University:
8-week terms, 6 terms per year - two each in fall, spring, and summer ...
    Education | Southeastern University

    Midland University:
    8 week courses

Note: You should too consider educator programs that are NCATE List of Accredited Institutions, TEAC TEAC and/or CAEP (the new accrediting body for educator preparation) Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation accredited.

National University fits most of those, I believe. I am not sure how credits transfer though, and I think courses are 4-6 weeks, depending.
