Nice! You're doing well and if you intend to attend law school, you should have an easier time gaining acceptance due to that course.

..and then you lost me. You've put hard work into what you have achieved thus far, and then you're trying to take a short-cut which can easily hurt your career aspirations? Surely you jest! If you want recognition then get an accreditedMasters degree - looking for a quick fix is never a good thing, no matter how good it may look to you at this point in time. Recognition will come from the hard work you've put in and by not taking the easy route to get a Masters.

While I can sympathize with your "situation", I can guarantee you that the actions you take now can be rewarding if you chose the best path...

    See post #11.

According to Steve Levicoff, who earned a substantial quantity of undergraduate credits via portfolio, it is relatively easy. But that was a few years ago; today the problem is the high cost of doing so. There is a long message written by Steve on this topic elsewhere on degreeinfo but I lost the link.

Lawrie Miller has a summary of this method:

Hwyrogue, thanks for your insight and info. It is greatly appreciated.
I am not looking for a Degree in Law or even a Doctorate in Law. I am just surrounded by those who are Judges, attorneys, etc.....and I wanted a reputable Master's Degree. I have looked at several schools on here and I must say, NationsU has caught my eye along with a few others. I do understand what you are saying about the hardwork it took to get to this point and I agree with you 100%. Right now, I'm just doing the research and see what the best options are for me financially and career wise!

I would be interested in the TESC MLS degree except that the 18 unit core courses are not of interest to me.
