Liberian accreditation for sale, $50,000 + $20,000/year

    Now these people say they will give preferential treatment to graduates of Liberian high schools, etc., etc. Perhaps this is the rationalization used by whomever may be their government contact to justify participation in this thing.

    Given the repeatedly expressed conviction of President Taylor that the rest of the world (except France) is picking on Liberia, the granters of this "accreditation" may figure that access to a so-called degree from SRU will give Liberians a leg up in getting work/visas overseas, and the disdain or disregard of real universities for SRU be damned.

    Obviously, the horrible problem is that impoverished and desperate Liberians are going to get what little money they have ripped off--and exiled Liberians with real degrees from real schools at home or abroad will have to fight past the devaluation of their own legitimate work because of this entity's character.

    I believe there was a previous thread where an employee from an Evaluating Agency said he was getting Faxes or had contact with the Liberian Embassy stating St. Regis was approved/accredited whatever. So I think that part atleast is true.
