    Online program in what? Not all schools have every degree. The cheapest BSBA might not be the cheapest English or Math degree.

    My guess on WASC is that this person is located in that area and doesn't want to immediately give the perception that they attended a school online by getting one close to where they live.

    I might check CSU Long Beach and Pacific Oaks College. Both appear to have online programs and fairly reasonable tuition. I don't think you'll beat a WGU or APUS price-point though.
