KWU ad in Delphi Heriot-Watt MBA forum

As a long-time participant in the Delphi forum on the EBS MBA program (http://www.delphi.com/hwmba/start), I logged on this morning, and was surprised to find banner ads for Kennedy Western University in the forum!

One can only assume that Delphi does not rigorously check the bona fides of its' advertisers. But seeing as other reputable media sources such as the Economist and the New York Times also accept ads from degree/diploma mills, I suppose Delphi is in good company.
