Just for fun I did a general search (Google) on the net for courses in Home Land Security. Low and behold!.........Concordia College and University has a Bachelor and Master's program in Public Administration with a specialization in Homeland Security. http://www.concordia-college.net/pages/145827/index.htm Let me see......a life experience degree in Homeland Security awarded by a bogus institution that is accredited by the government of Liberia.
Who could possibly know more about homeland security than the Liberians? I heard somewhere that the Iraqi general staff earned their homeland security degrees from Concordia College and University as well.
